空壓機轉子間隙調節依據(jù)标(biāo)準淺(qiǎn)議

空(kōng)壓機轉子是高速轉動的(de),而端面是(shì)靜止,它們之間存在有一(yī)定的間隙(xì),而壓縮機功率越大所調的間隙也(yě)會增大。壓(yā)縮機轉子在(zài)裝配時很重要的一步就是調節其間隙,調(diào)大的話影響壓縮機排氣(qì)量(liàng),小的話容易摩擦發(fā)生高溫現(xiàn)象。螺杆壓縮機的排端間隙(xì)是是設計(jì)者在設計的時(shí)候确定了的。一般間隙是根據機器的大小、運行工況、轉(zhuǎn)子及其缸體的材料等因素定(dìng)的。間隙隻要在一定的範圍内,不會影響機器的正常運行。

General clearance is determined by the size of the machine, operating conditions, materials of the rotor and its cylinder. As long as the clearance is within a certain range, it will not affect the normal operation of the machine.


如果空壓機(jī)機頭使用(yòng)多年後需(xū)要大修,維修時最好是能從制造廠商那了解該機頭的間隙範圍,而且最好是能在拆機器的時候測式該(gāi)機器(qì)準确的間隙值,安裝(zhuāng)的時候盡量保證這(zhè)個間(jiān)隙值。當然,各個廠家(jiā)的結構不一樣,間隙調整也有區别(bié),要具體問題具體(tǐ)分(fèn)析。如(rú)果所說的機頭故障(zhàng)屬于工況(kuàng)環境導緻,可以通過惡劣工況下用空氣過濾器,改善運行環(huán)境,從源(yuán)頭呵護主機,降低(dī)運行(háng)成本。

螺杆空(kōng)壓機主機的進、排氣端面間隙,主要是考慮密封腔中的各個熱膨脹所(suǒ)引起的情況,因此(cǐ)留有不同間隙。此(cǐ)外,又因排氣端的受力大于進氣端,所(suǒ)以在排氣端用了止(zhǐ)推軸承。排(pái)氣端間隙過大,影響(xiǎng)壓縮效率;過小,熱膨脹間隙也要必(bì)須保證。這(zhè)時,也要考慮到軸承的遊(yóu)隙。在維修(xiū)主機時,可以适當放寬(kuān)一點,主要(yào)是保證正(zhèng)常運轉。轉子與機殼之間的間隙,大體上同上。螺杆主機是精密部件(jiàn),要(yào)充分掌握相關維(wéi)修技術,才能進行(háng)很(hěn)好地維護。最(zuì)後,将維修好的主機進行相關的檢查(chá),再按部就班地進行總裝試車後投入運(yùn)行。
